SHORT HISTORY
After completing post-graduate studies in Melbourne in the early 70’s, Kevin, with wife and young daughter headed for London where he held position of Registrar in Periodontics for two years at Eastman Dental Hospital. After another two years in private practice, he returned to Melbourne with a growing family, where he had his own practice for nearly fifteen years, with an emphasis on periodontics, preventive and restorative dentistry. In the early 90’s, he commenced work at Dental Health Services Victoria, as the Manager/Coordinator of the Bridging Program for Overseas Trained Dentists, at that time a Federally funded program. After nearly ten years in that full-time role, he decided to continue work on a part-time basis with Dental Health Services Victoria, School of Dental Science and RMIT School of Health Sciences, essentially as tutor and clinical demonstrator. Apart from his role in the Undergraduate Teaching Clinic, he is also a clinical examiner with the Australian Dental Council.
